Arrow Ice Hokey action - I

I was thinking real hard to make my 200th post special for quite some time now but... these guys just made it easier for me:-D. I bumped into this local hockey game at West Edmonton Mall this evening. I'd never shot sports before and it was as fun for me as it was for the players i must say...
Unfortunately I don't know who were playing, but I enjoyed it anyway :P It was also a very good panning exercise for me and surprisingly enough I'd a pretty good success with it today.

Comments are welcome, here are a few from the game and few more to follow....

Ice hockey is always fast, bright and colourful and, as such, provides the photographer with a fantastic opportunity. Onw which you made the most of. Nice shots! I especially like the last one which captures concentration, speed and colour.

You've done well with capturing the action and showing the motion. Very enjoyable.
