Default Broad Kentucky countryside landscapes

Today at lunch, I drove a long loop along country roads just stopping and shooting along the way....most right out of the window of my car. I snapped on my 18-55 mm as was determined to not look up close at anything......as you can see some trees have color but most seem to have a burnt look to them. Tomorrow is my day off and I am going to the Red River Gorge...about an hour's drive from here and hopefully will come back with some good shots...who knows?

I like them all Patrick, especially the second and third, great colours and peaceful feel and both with subtle reveals between the trees

Hi Patrick - gosh - these are beautiful ... this is one thing about Fall - you cannot duplicate its color in another season ... very well done

Hi Patrick! dont feel bad..these are good!! i dont think anyone of us here could claim having this gorgeous scenery on our way to work and have the opportunity to take snaps at it during lunch.. very nice color and composition....even the burnt ones lend a beautiful contrast to the sky and the foreground..love no. 1 and 3..tnx for sharing..

You're making me jealous with all this color, Patrick! I love the variety of color in the first one.
