Default Help me choose a photo-order for a birthday gift portrait

Hi everybody.
I took 3 portraits of my friend and want to print and give them to him, as a birthday gift.
I ended with 3 different orders of the photos, and it's now difficult for me to pick any of them.
I did attached the photos. which one do you prefer and why?
There's another question: do you suggest further processing to alter the theme, considering the result as a birthday gift?

This is my first DPS forum post, and I hope for great ideas from the users.
Thank you all.

WELCOME to DPS
Well, these are nice shots. I think I like the second shot, although no particular reason I can give you. As far as processing goes, I will let someone else answer that one.

I prefer the 3rd because it seems the most balanced to me.

oh you mentioned something i didn't consider, the framing. yo're right, there's kind of framing in the third one. I'll work a little on it
thanks
