Definately the third one, well balanced - the left and right looking outwards "bookending" the whole composition.

Colours look great - though I'd suggest you doubly-check the exposure - your friends nose looks very close to being blown out and lost into the background on my laptop. It's most probably my screen - but it would pay to check and tweak it if necessary before you send it for printing.

I'm sure your friend will be thrilled !

Thank you CaptainNH, I'm now conviced enough to choose the third.
And thank you to mention about the exposure problem, I'll tweek it.
