Default Shooting a Friend.. (old gangster style)

My old friend asked me if i could goto his house and take a few photo's for him, Ive knew him since i was a little kid so down i went and got some nice images for him.
I don't think he expected me to goto his house with 3 flash's and all the rest but if your gonna do something then you may as well do it right! Plus im still getting used to using off camera flash never mind three lol

Black drape for backdrop.. one flash on left with brolly, one on the right and one behind him top right.

Comments and stuff are ofc welcome , i hope you enjoy

wow i love that 2nd one! The pose is great and the smoke looks like he's just flippe dhis gun back into the holster after gunning down some hombre. I like the colouring too... almost B&W but not quite gives it a great feel

Thanks

The smoke i must admit was a fluke.. he had a Cigarette in his other hand (off camera) and hadn't long blown it out .

VERY nice photos, Usuqa! He definitely looks gangster, but almost with a western cowboy edge. I think your lighting makes him look more intense.

peace,

Your friend has a lot of character. The Second one is really well done! right down to the smoke.
Thanks for sharing these

pjflan7.. im luck i guess to have what i do, im not used to using 3 flash (this is my second time using all 3 to be honest) but i enjoy it when i do. Still have alot to learn about lighting and modifying it but i had this look in my mind and im glad i pulled it of .
