Default Twinkling stars in the clear sky with 'meteor'

I took this at 11pm from my balcony.
The sky was so clear that i can see the stars twinkling.


Camera: Canon EOS 450D

Exposure: 30

Aperture: f/3.5

Focal Length: 18 mm

ISO Speed: 800

Exposure Bias: 0 EV

Flash: Off, Did not fire

Hello there - wow .. that is a clear sky .. is this the effect of that Orionid Meteor Showers that passes over the earth a couple of nights ago .. very interesting

Nice shot. Hubby wanted me to get up at 1am to go checkout the meteor shower...that didn't happen!

I noticed that meteor is in quotes. Is it actually a meteor or is it a plane? Either way it looks legit. I'm impressed.

Actually when i took this photo the outdoor temperature was so low that I didn't want to stay any longer at the balcony. So I locked my camera and went indoor then out again after 30sec of exposure. That's why I am not sure as well whether it's a plane or meteor or UFO maybe
