Here's just a few shots from the trip to Waikiki. There were some amazing scenes and I do have a lot more in a collection on my Flickr page (link is in my signature).
A Hawaiian Sunset, shot from our balcony. ![]() On a catamaran cruise. You can see Diamond Head and Waikiki Beach along with some cruise passengers in the reflection. ![]() From the Waikiki Aquarium. ![]() A coconut palm tree -- with coconuts (most did not have any coconuts on them -- probably for safety reasons).

Thanks Hayward. I agree that it is the Paradise of the Pacific. There was so much to shoot. I have to go back and visit some other parts of the island.

Nice shots, Rusty! I had to put on my sunglasses and sunblock to view the first one...like you're right there! Creative sunglass shot, too. Thanks for sharing.

Your pictures make me miss Hawaii that much more. My husband lived there for 5 years and I lived there for 2 1/2. Hopefully after our 3 year stay in Japan we'll be heading back. Thank you for sharing such wonderful pictures.

Wonderful shots of Hawaii... I enjoy seeing how others "see" what I see every day.
I live on the Windward side of Oahu and there are so many wonderful sights you will have to check out on your next visit. I like the reflection you got of Diamond Head through the sunglasses... very creative. Thank you for sharing!
