I have not been around in a while and thought I would pop in to share. Yesterday my Mom and I took my girls and we went for a drive to Yosemite National Park here in CA. We are so lucky to live so close to such beauty. As usually we had so much fun! I just love our field trips together and I hope my girls will life long wonderful memories!
Fall has come to Yosemite and it is glowing with flecks of gold just about everywhere you turn. It is so gorgeous and beautiful. We hope to go back in the next week to capture a bit more of the gorgeous colors before they are gone, only to be replaced with the gorgeous snow capped mountain peaks. I will be sure to come back in later to DPS when I have a few minutes and see what you have all been up to...Take care, Michelle El Capitan at Sunset: A moss covered rock: ![]() A beautiful golden maple tree glowing in the sunshine ( I found a leaf from this tree that is bigger then a dinner plate, just huge and so gorgeous!): ![]() A beautiful golden leaf floating down the stream from the water of Bridal Veil Falls:

Great shots, Michelle! I was wondering where you've been! I love 'em all! Especially the floating leaf. Great lighting! Thanks for sharing!

great shots! I must point out that the second one to me has a really interesting perspective. If you look at it just right it could be pictures of a rocky mountain dotted with trees... maybe others won't see that but I do
thought it was cool. Very nice job with these!

You are indeed lucky to live close to Yosemite National Park. Thanks for sharing these wonderful shots. I will be looking for the snow capped mountain shots.
