Lorraine thanks for putting up the thread.....as you can see, I am now finally back, 40 people later. All of you folks who contributed, my hat's off to each of you for taking the time to locate a shot just for Dave, creating a large virtual bouquet. And lastly, here is my own contribution to the bouquet. Hope the surgery goes well Dave and that you experience a speedy recovery. You are sorely missed....
