Default Fall after fall in the fall

This was my first go at long exposure water photography.

Luckily it was pretty overcast all day. Which I think helped me? Would you think so?....

anyway, I'm pretty happy with them and I have a ton more. I just couldn't quit snappin

Amazing! I took my first stab at long exposure shots with waterfalls too, but they did not come out nearly as nicely as yours!

Thanks!

I knew I needed to set the exposure at or around 1/2 to 1 full second and anything less seemed to static. So that was a good starting point.
Looking forward shooting more of these!

Nice job! I'm not sure I believe that those were your first try at it - they are perfect. The blur, the composition, the color - all gorgeous.

great set, the closer shot of the top fall in the 3rd is my fav .. enjoyed the title of the thread as well .. I was hoping this was what was in store ..

Great shots, Milkman! Daytime long exposures are tough, and you executed them very well. I've been seeing a lot of cool water shots lately (yours included), and I may have to give it a shot! Thanks for sharing!
