Default Waterfall in North Carolina - "Creamy"

This is Silver Run Falls, just south of Cashiers, NC in the Blue Ridge Mountains. I've been experimenting with a neutral density filter to get long exposures of falls. This was using the ND filter in combination with a polarizing filter for an 8-second exposure.

Thanks. It was actually drizzly rainy, but the combination of the long exposure time and a white balance of about 6800 K makes it look more sunny. I've been experimenting with different white balance settings, also. They can certainly change the mood.

You make me yearn for filters. I love the shot, Gary!

Very nice, Gary! It's hard getting good flowing motion shots in the daytime like that! Well done!
