Default I just love the mountains ...
I'm still new to this forum so am randomly sharing a few photos that bring back some good memories for me. These photos were taken in the Hindu Kush mountain range in the North West Frontier of Pakistan - a truly remote and magical place.

Welcome to DPS.
All four of these shots are very pretty. Somehow I like the last one most. The mountain looks so beautiful and distant.

Absolutely gorgeous pictures. I love good landscapes and mountains are my favorite subject. These are great.

Thanks for everyone's lovely comments. It always helps to be in a great location of course. The challenge now is to find something that looks boring at first glance and make it interesting - I'm certainly starting to get some inspiration but looking at other people's photos and reading a few of the past assignments and using them to think about different ideas.
