Default Fun With Fireworks

These were taken at a firework show following a baseball game. I set the shutter speed to about 4 seconds and then zoomed in all the way. Once the shutter was opened I zoomed out until the shutter closed. I thought they were pretty interesting. Let me know what you think.

Super cool! I've never tried this effect before, it looks awesome. I'm a newbie too and I feel the same way....I just take photos for fun and I really have no clue what I'm doing, so I feel nervous sharing my stuff knowing that it is not as professional or perfect as many others! Everyone here is super nice though and very welcoming and kind.
