Weel done waterfalls arent easy try adjusting the exposure balance/compensation so the water doesnt appear to white compared to background and you can up your exposure time.
Here an attempt of mine - not that i'msaying its great or anything!!

Super job on those falls! We go camping in an area that is positively rife with falls and I found out just how hard it is to capture them nicely with a DSLR when I took it with me the first time this past spring. It's not easy at all but you did great!
