Love it! I opened the post because I love shoes. LOL! But the shot is great - I love the b/w, the soft focus, the facial expression and the shoes

I couldn't agree more with Martha. Great composition, and mood! All of this because of the soft focus, facial expression, and the environment, which I am assuming is a bedroom? Nicely done!

Its actually in the front room.. I have an edited version on my flikr page.. all the cell phone and camera chargers aren't plugged into the wall. But yes, the mood was, my daughters first pair of HIGH heels, for her first high school dance.. she ran in, through everything down and went to putting them on.. so for me, a mom, the moment was majical..
