Your composition in these is very good and pleasing to the eye. The last two are very sharp and detailed.
If there is anything wrong with these shots, it is that you are pushing the limits of your camera. Keep developing your composition skills because that is the hard part of photography. The other part comes with a better camera.

What looks really cool is that the wasps eyes almost seem to match what is on the stem.
Also love the composition in the first one

no Hayward he isn't tearing up the palm stem in fact i don't even know what he's doing.him and his buddy stuck around that tree for 2 to 3 days without leaving the tree not kidding it might have been due to the fact that i took down their nest(its that black thing the wasp is sitting on).

thanks for the critic .but i just didn't understand what you meant about pushing the camera's limits too much?

Great shots. All I can say is I am glad that wasp isnt building its nest anywhere near me - we have enough of them already in our garden! I hope you didnt get stung while on your photo shoot... ouch!
