Default Grass

Hi everyone! It has been quite a while since I have posted anything. Here are a couple I shot while helping the Iowa DNR and Trees Forever plant 20 Burr Oak trees to create a native savannah. There were about 10 volenteers (total) from Kirkwood Community College, Iowa DNR, and Trees Forever. Great Day!

Hi Noel, Yes, it has been awhile. Great to see your name here again and do know that you are doing such wonderful work restoring the the savannah. I'm nuts about grasses and these photos are just beautiful. Three cheers for the work you do!

Thanks guys! Unfortunate I didn't get many photos that day. A thunderstorm popped up as we were finishing with the trees and a wide open space is not exactly a good place to be with lightning all around.
