Default Fatehpur Sikri

Hi,

These are from my recent visit to Fatehpur Sikri - India.

This is supposed to be the largest gate in the world:

Some more from the same place...

These are some people performing prayers...

Hope you enjoy them. Thanks for viewing.

The Gate of Victory built to honour the Mogul emperor Akbar, a magnificent structure and picture, people give it scale and a clever angle to capture it from. I like the silhouette and the view onto the courtyard, I like the portrait, is that evening light, doesn't matter, its a natural warm glow, and an outstanding image

When I bought my camera, I knew I would enjoy it. I never realized sharing pictures could be as much fun as taking them!

Comments from the DPS family makes me want to take more and more better pictures. Thanks, so much!

The first and third are my personal favorites...
The first for its grandeur and colors...and the third for the soulful eyes and interesting beard!
Keep travelling and keep posting...
