I was trying to go thru all my SA pics.....(I have 1000's), so I decided every day I would pick a different topic with 4 pics.
To start off with, I am posting the "King and Queen" and some babies. The King and Queen: ![]() 2 females with some cubs: FYI: there is no true way of telling the male from the female from looking face on. A male will lose his mane after he is neutured or injured so he can not reproduce. ![]() A group of cubs....2 yellow and a white cub. The white cubs are neutered right away so they can not father any more. The white cub is a weak gene and better to neuture them than to kill them off. ![]() A cub running thru the grass. ![]() Comments always welcomed and thank you for looking.

Thank you everyone. These were the little guys....we played with the 4 and 5 month old and then 2 weeks later when we went back to stay another night they had been taken out because they were too big. There was no real size change, but they are trying to keep them as wild as possible.
When we camped out at night there...yes, in a tent...you wouldn't believe how loud they are....truely amazing, no real way to describe the experience. And to think the security there is somewhat scarey also....they told us the lions could jump the fence but don't think they can so they don't.....The fence looked like an ordinary chain link fence...somewhat flimsey....

In the last pic, he is around 3 months. When playing with them, they tell you DO NOT let them let you to the back of their mouths....their teeth are like razors in the back and they bite hard....At the end of it all, we took photots of all our scars....
