Default Umbrella in the Wind

Haven't posted in a while.. but this is my most recent. It has been pretty stormy lately :] Thanks for looking!

Like the idea. I know this isn't the critique section but just a suggestion. The background and umbrella just don't seem to jive. Maybe a dark blue sky with storm clouds is my feeling. Thanks for sharing.

My camera usually only takes good pictures in the daylight... I sadly only have a point and shoot camera.. but im saving up for a good one :] maybe i can try to recreate this one when i get it and make it more natural looking. thanks for looking and for the comment!

I know what you mean. I am working with equipment and software that just won't match what I like to do creatively a good part of the time. But like you, I try to get the best out of what I have while saving ideas and photo files for that day on the horizon. Thanks again for sharing.

What about using extra lighting? Flashlight or something of the sort

Olympus user, Fuji E900, a canon & last but not least a Minolta 35mm and some really old large format box cameras.Not to mention a whole bunch of other stuff. Paint Shop Pro X3, CS3,CS5, Portrait Professional, Topaz Adjust, Lucis Art and the list goes on........

That would probably be good. I honestly don't know much about lighting and all the technical stuff but I'm really trying to learn... I'm pretty sure that that is where I went wrong. Thanks so much for the suggestion! I will definitely look into it.
