Default October frost

I've been very busy lately with a sick horse and haven't had much time to shoot any thing but this is one of my most favorite times of the year. When the frost covers everything in the morning.

My mind says it is way to early for this !! Gorgeous shots !! Love the 2nd one ... it almost has an infrared look to it!

I hope that the horse is better now.

Hi, I hope your horse is fully recovered and your daughter is enjoying married life, I'm certainly enjoying your lovely images. You remind me that winter is on the way and that its scarves, hats and gloves weather, wrap up warm Deb

Thanks teedle. That grove of aspen in the second one is my favorite. Probably because I can see it from my own deck.

Mystyc is at least well enough to come home today. She spent the last week in the horsey hospital.

Soulsearcher, I wish I had gotten focus better on some of them but try, try again. Thanks you for taking the time to look.

The horse will be on stall rest for another week or so and then only light duty for about a month. Hopefully winter holds off for a bit so she doesn't relapse. (She had pneumonia)

Daughter is floating around on a newlywed cloud.

Gorgeous images. The second is spectacular. I used to live in Craig, Colo., and your photos transported me back there in a heartbeat.

Well, you can tell where my head's at.... At first glance, I thought the title said, "October Fest."

Beautiful shots, FBH! The last one is very nice. I like the detail in the ice crystals!
