Default A real mixture today ..................................

Would you paint your house like this?

Noticed after dropping a friend off at the Wellington Hospital - went for a walk around the streets of Newtown.

Newtown property

Beached ...............

Wellington Coastline - beached

Rusty .............

Found in Evans Bay

Birds nests ...........

Bird nests

With colours like that it would be very easy to describe which house was yours to someone visiting for the first time. I like the composition of the beached boat and the close up shot of the rusty thing. I like the dof in the last shot of the one man-made house and one bird-build house, very nice.

Very nice shots, Bernz! I wouldn't paint a house like that, but it sure makes a great photo. Well done. The boat is sheer poetry...excellent composition! Thanks very much for sharing those, for sure!!

This is a very interesting set Bernz. The house sure does catch the eye, the beached boat, I love it (that's a me and the sea thing), The old rusty relic and the nesting shot. All brilliant shots. TFS

Nice days work, very interesting subjects and well taken images... House shote, has good lines, colours and interest, the boat is well composed, feels lonely almost abondond. The rusty relic has great colours and textures and ood light. Bird house nice colours and good DoF. TFS

Excellent shots bernz, love the last photo of the bird house's, a case of keeping up with the jones or outdoing them!!! cheers keep them coming.
