cycling on a hill

The fool on the hill, sees the sun going down, and the eyes in his head, see the world spinning 'round.

Steve, this is strangely hypnotic to look at, very simple & plain, yet ever so addictive to look at.
Excellent!

I agree with Glyn - I think it's that the cyclist is just going over the horizon - he pulls you along with him

We could play another guessing game with this one Steve. Guess what's on the other side of the hill. But this image is too good for guessing games. It is more like one for a wall in a gallery. So simple and so effective. Great work once again buddy.

Dave.

Nice image Steve, yet again you have achieved an effect where we are all straining to look over the top
Love the moody sky in this shot.
Have a great weekend mate.

Hi,

Great composition on this one, Steve. The horizon is straight, sky 2/3 and land 1/3 of the landscape. The subject at the center here is a exemption from the rule of thirds: because IMO it looks better at the center. Low angle/below creates the feel of the up hill terrain. Congrats!

I hope you were also able to capture the sunset on that hill.

Cheers!

Rick

Great lines in this shot! I love the subtle hint of clouds in the background that you don't notice right away. Well done, lad!
