Default lights and a little bit of home...

Well i was experimenting with trying to get the bokeh effect for this week's assignment and i really like one of my results (halloween lights held up in front of my window as it was turning twilight outside). And i've been editing people's portraits so much lately for work that i took a break from those and found some i took with my old camera of a hotspot in downtown Birmingham, "Southside" or Five Points South, which is the city i live just outside of... there are loads of cool shops and restaurants and they light it all up at night (i'll have to get some shots of that too) Hope you enjoy

Thanks for looking

Hi Kimi, been missing you on the forum! Thanks for sharing these street scenes. Love those bright red sidewalks and crosswalks. Your first is an interesting abstract and your bokeh really stands out.

You've been missed
A quality selection starting with a great lighting effects in the first, good angle and perspective on the red building, almost monotone with excellent light and shadow on the church, and a sunny street scene with high visibility painted road signs.
Welcome back imik
