Default light is changing to shadow

light is changing to shadow

light is changing to shadow

It's a sin, that somehow light is changing to shadow, like a shroud over all we have known, unaware how the dark has grown, driven on by a heart of stone, we could find that we're all alone, and then turning away

The words create a great visual image w/o the picture. Nice shot! I really like the tree's contrast with the cloudy background. Very interesting trees out on the bluff! Thanks for sharing.

As always, Your words and Pictures are evocative and always well composed.
You summed it up with "and then turning away"
Apathy will bring about Great Changes in the Future!
Thanks for sharing this

A foreshadowing of the season's soon coming change, the light of summer giving way to the shadow of winter.
