Default Different wedding photo

I was the "official" photographer in my cousins wedding, and I wanted to do something out of the box, so we came up with the "anti-paparazzi"-photo posted here.

Now, this is the first photo I put on this site, and although I want honest C&C, I am a bit anxious. I've gotten burned on other photography forums, but I think you guys will be nice.

So, what do you think?

Here's another that I think is kinda different. The background is bad, as I shot this as we moved to the place where we should do the "real" pictures.

The first picture will certainly be one to talk about for years (I liked it!) I really like the second shot - it makes me wonder what the "story" is to this picture.

Thank you guys. We did aim for the hilarious angle when we set up the first photo in this thread. And I was so happy when I actually pulled it off, as I'm not the most experienced photographer yet. This was my very first wedding with a camera too

I'll add another of my favourites from this wedding. The niece of the bride was patiently waiting when the pair came out from the church, but then she got the giggles when they just "kept kissing, and kissing, forever and ever".

Those are hilarious! Great shots...I might crop a couple of them, but they are nice. Good job, I think they'll be pleased.

Trail blazers often get their butts burned but somebody has got to have enough courage to do it anyway. You seem to have plenty of that. My hat is off to you. I would say this whether I liked the results or not. I do. I like the whole series a lot.

I laughed out loud when I saw the first one, and the 2nd one leaves much to the imagination.

If your clients wanted this type of photo (the first one), and if they're happy with it, then isn't that all that really matters?

Personally, I like all of these very much, and think it's great that you're making unique wedding photos.
