Default Small town fun

We took a ride to western NH last week and had fun on a beautiful fall day, complete with a fire truck parade.

This kid was waving from a fire truck and having a blast waving at the crowd.

Caught a couple of birds making their home in a rotted old doorway.

This is an old time theater in downtown Keene, NH

Now thats a good selection.
I like the first with its monotone/sepia effect, the second, my favourite with its lovely colour, soft tones and focus, and the little boy is a joy, the third with brighter colour and tight focus, the final one in black and white reminding me of cafe society of the sixties, good job kxvet.

Thank you, dmpete. This place was fun...It is where they filmed the movie "Jumanji" with Robin Williams

These are really cool. The shots themselves and the post production are awesome.

Hey Fisheye, thank you... the town had that old time feel to it...wish there were no modern cars in front of the theater

I love small towns and you've done this one justice. Parades are always better in a small town...it seems like it's more of America than a parade in a big city. I love the kid waving from the fire truck! Nice job!

Nice shots. Some day I will live in a town like this. I love the first two shots, future firefighters there. I'm a little partial though since I am a firefighter.
