Arrow An evening at Alberta Legislature - I

I'd a real nice evening taking photos of Alberta Legislature even though I was freezing in the wind chill,my fingers started to pain after a while in the cold but it was worth the effort. As most of the articles said this place truly a great place to take pictures.

Many more pictures to follow in this set....

comments and suggestions are welcome,as I want to try more things when I go there again.. which would be very soon!!!

Agree with Angela here - the first shot has everything - composition, reflection and sharpness. Cheers, Bernz

I really like the first one, with the way you captured to whole reflection, the colors, etc.

Great captures, but I think the first shot is my fav because of the clarity in htat shot. It is too bad you did not move slightly to the left to get the "grout" line centered in the bottom of the pool. Still, a very nice shot. Congrats.

Hi Mike, that's kind of inspired from you. i remember you saying building look great in B&W so tried a simple B&W and soft focus effect with picasa. Thanks for the tip and nice words of encouragement.

Thanks for the comment plangereis, that's very meticulous of you. I noticed it only after you pointed it out. I was so happy with photo i never bothered to perfectly center the frame. Also it could be because of the cold i just wanted take as many photos as i could and get into some warm place. :P ..point noted.
