Default Large Elephant Ear

I haven't shared any pictures yet but I finally have one I think is worth showing you.
This was taken at the Memphis Zoo a couple of weeks ago and I just loved the texture of the leaf and had to take a picture. Some Lightroom work helped bring out the texture that originally caught my eye.

Elephant Ear

There's another one on my Flickr stream but I don't think it turned out as good as this one.

Thanks for looking

That's a great shot of an elephant ear...I'll have to take a 2nd look the next time I see one in a flower bed. I love the detail you were able to capture!

I guess I should have made myself more clear in my original post.

Thank you - The sun was hitting it just right to being out the detail and texture when I took the picture. Thanks for the comment.

That's great! I doubt I'd guess it was a leaf if you'd not told us. The close up view gives it a fabulous leathery texture. Love the black and white too.

Thanks - I wanted to accentuate the texture so I'm glad you like it
