Talking Finally got it!!!!

It has taken a long time but it all came together the other night. On holiday at the shack where the weather is rarely any good at this time of year, i was able to get out and take this shot. Clear sky, no rain, full moon calm waters = GOT IT!! Hope you like it.

Oh, what a wonderful shot! I love night photography and know what an unpredictable beast it can be. But you tamed it here!

That is an amazing shot. I thought it was a picture of the sun at first, until I read your description.

I just ordered a remote shutter release for my 450D. Hopefully it arrives soon and I can start practicing long exposures.

Congratulations on finally getting the exact conditions you wanted.

Absolutely gorgeous! Superb night shot, and excellent use of the moonlight reflecting off the water. Thanks for sharing this one!
