Default Total Experiment - Cool!

I read about how you can focus on a subject and then either turn your camera or turn your lens. I'm not sure what the technique is called, but I tried this as an experiment today when I was out taking photos of the pretty fall colours. It might not be the best example of the technique, but I thought it looked cool. This is the best example I have - the other ones didn't turn out as good.

Nice effect. The vortex brings you directly to your subject.

I like this......it turned out really well......you turned it very carefully as the in focus portion stayed in focus...great job!

I liked the way that worked too. I find the eye is led right up to the upper left. But to be honest, I think that was a fluke, .

Cool shot, Shelley! You ought to have put a vertigo disclaimer up there!! Thanks for sharing. I'll have to try that!
