Default rain stopped play

rain stopped play

Tennis - rain stopped play - game set and match

When I was 40, my doctor advised me that a man in his 40s shouldn't play tennis.
I heeded his advice carefully and could hardly wait until I reached 50 to start again.

Great shot, Steve! I love the quote, too! I love the DOF and the shape of the top of the net. Great uniformity in the background, too! Well done, sir!

40-love in the 5th set...and you served up an ace!

I wish you could bottle your ability to capture light. I'd buy a case! That is a lovely image. The funny thing about it is it's so simple, yet I sat here looking at it for a long time, and so many things came to mind.

Steve another very simple shot made very interesting, great depth of field, the light in this is just right and the rain drops just finish it off a treat a truly fantastic shot. I keep saying that I wish I had your ability to see shots like this. Thanks for sharing Steve.
