Exercizing my new Lens

I just bought a 24-70mm f/2.8L and have been very anxious to use it. I was driving home from work Sunday evening and the light was perfect, so I pulled over to take pictures of these wild flowers by the guard rail.

Love the first shot, pretty cool, but you could have gone in closer and got a better photo too

Thanks, KazeFox! I don't think my lens can focus any closer, though... at least not without extension tubes.
