Default San Francisco is awesome

I was in SF in February this year, and these are some of my favourite shots from one of my day trips.

San Francisco Feb 09
Rainy evening, near Union Square

San Francisco Feb 09
Corner of Powell and O'Farrell Sts, from the Starbucks

San Francisco Feb 09
China town, taken from the inside of a cab

They take me straight back there! Hope you like them too.

Nice set, like the B&W treatment and the perspective on all. TFS

Ha! That's funny - and totally intentional, of course.

Great set .. 1 & 3 show the hustle of the streets so well, and #2 could have been taken in the '30's.. (but you'd have been in a diner pre Starbucks!)

Thanks. One of the things I loved about SF is that so much of it looks like I imagine it did years & years ago. And that's the reason I converted them to B+W, it just seems to suit the place so well!
