Default Wonderful Waterfalls and a Wild River!!!

Well this is how today Started, we left at 5.30am to do a 15km walk in the high Carneddau Mountain Range in North Wales UK, to take some Landscape shots. We got within 90 metres on a scramble from the summit and then we got battered by 70mph winds so we had to retreat pretty scary stuff. So not being defeated I decided to take some waterfall shots with my new ND filter and I was very pleased with the finished products.

Ogwen Falls 2

Ogwen Falls

Ogwen 3

I can see a face in this shot in the waterfall about half the way up to the left, Spooky!

Ogwen

Thanks for Looking.

Tryfan,

Simply gorgeous. All the hard work paid off. #3 and #4 shots are my favorites. I love shooting waterfalls. It must have been hard for you to leave the place for your return journey.

Thank you so much for sharing.

Nice shots! Is it a split filter? I have an ND 4 that I've used to get motion blur on people, but I haven't tried water yet. Your pictures inspire me!

I can never find a fault with your waterfalls Dave and these are no exceptions. All so beautiful and perfectly exposed. Great work buddy.

Dave.
