Default Survival of the Fittest

Hello DPS family! I was playing with my MP-E-65mm Macro today and this is one of the results. I used the canon macro twin flash and this is at approx 3X life size. (In case you were wondering, it's the center of a very small flower.)

Thanks for looking and have a Blessed Day!

Hi KazeFox! Thanks for the comments; Nope I don't think it's too dark, but thanks for the input.

Interesting image taken with my MP-E-65mm F/2.8 Macro at 2X lifesize using the MT-E-24 macro Twin flasn on 1/4 power

I borrowed the above from flickr because it sounds so English, so matter of fact, I can hear Holmes saying it to Watson. And like the great detective you have captured phenominal detail is this interesting clear and detailed image that could be a spreading blood stain in the snow, the games afoot Michael.

WOW! Gorgeous. The detail is outstanding and the colors are so pure. So many things come to mind - Snow White, the monstrous pit in the sand dunes in Return of the Jedi, the center of a flower

Lovely colors....and a black hole in interstellar space comes to my mind. Yikes! I can feel the pull already. Hope I don't get sucked in...this may be my last post...

Very interesting shot, Michael! Looks like a flower with too much lipstick is blowing you a kiss! Nice cap!

The color and detail are spectacular but aren't you pushing the privacy act a bit here. Lol.
