I like the Half tone version best, I would have cloned out the Boat though. Great Composition and feel.

I love the half-tone. The pier gives just a hint of color which looks awesome. Very nice shot with excellent use of perspective!

Hate to be a follower here, but I also do like the half-tone and its composition. If there were a little more cloud definition and increased contrast, I'd have gone for the B/W. Nice shot on both counts though!
