The rules are in a sticky post at the top of the forum. In SYS, you're only supposed to create one thread a day, and put at most four images in a thread. If two people reply, or it's been over 24 hours, you can then add four more images to the thread. And then after 2 people reply, or it's been 24 hours, you can add four more, and so on.
