Default successful start YAY!!

Well my photography business I just started is doing great which feels weird to say! I've shot a wedding, child portraits, and now a band's performance at a local music club! Feels good to get paid for doing something i LOVE almost like I'm cheating somehow ha ha

Hi Kimi, I'm soooo jealous! (Which is terrible feedback, BTW). My son is in a band that just debuted their 2nd CD at the Viper Room in Hollywood. I wanted to be there to photograph them so badly but, alas, had to work. Your photos keep the dream to photograph a concert alive. I'd appreciate any hints as these are just terrific! Your kitty has a twin sleeping three feet away from my feet. Cute photo. Love the last! Out of focus was a great choice!

I like the band pictures, you handled the lighting really well. Keep up the good work

Wow Kimi, I am stoked you got it going. Nice job on these, I particularly like the last one. Nice soft focus.... I don't know why, but I'm really enamored with it.
