I used to to stage makeup for shows, and this is me messing around with colors on a girl's face. She wants to be a model. Do you think she has a future as a model? And [Admin: DON'T] CRITIQUE MY SHOT.

Can't really tell about her future as a model because the shot is a bit washed out and I can only see her face.

She does have pretty eyes though. What type of modeling was she trying to get in to? Does she have a port? Any other shots of her? My wife and I shoot models once in a while to try and help them develop their port but we're no experts hehe.

Now for the shot. I like the crop but she's a bit blown out. I think I also would have added a bit more negative space to the left of the frame or to the model's right so it doesn't looked like her right eye is being squeezed into the frame.

One thing I have a hard time remember is to have the model turn their head just a little more towards the camera so their back eye doesn't look like it's growing out of their nose. It just needs a little bit of the whites of their eyes to achieve that.

The make up is kinda neat though. Just a little overexposed but that's just my personal opinion.

I can see why many people wouldn't like all the brightness, but I just like that look I guess.

She doesn't model. Hardly ever, anyway. Its just a dream for her.

And thank you for the advice! I'm not accustomed to shooting people other than myself.
