Nicely done. I like the effect of the sky against the building. "Way over your head" - Nah! Only if you were six foot under!

i REALLLY love these shots. I am amazed at how beautifully churches are built. I had a chance to get some really good ones recently on top of a mountain in TN, but my husband would not stop the car X_X Really enjoy the angle in which you captured the building, one question though, was it that overcast that day or did you edit the sky afterwards. I think the sky being so overcast really added to these pictures I think a blue "happy" sky would seem almost out of place with the building. Great pics keep it up!

thanks- i wasn't sure if i'd gone too far with the p.p..
the sky was imported.it was a crap, light grey day... the shot of the church is a single frame, tweaked a bit using layers in cs4, and adjusted for tone, contrast.

First shot's not showing, but the second shot is incredible! Well done! Was that shot with a PC lens?
