Default A mistake that I love!

I love how this shot turned out, and it was a complete accident. This was the first shot of the day and I had accidentally left the lens in manual focus mode and took this quickly to get an idea of how my white balance settings were set. I quickly ignored it and didn't revisit this until post production, and I love it.

Oh I can see why you love it! I spend countless hours trying to achieve these kinds of effects using photoshop and to get it with a single click is just awsome. And it was a beautiful subject to get that way as well, I really love the dress and the background and holding the shoes just adds such a natural feel to it. Great job even if it was an accident! lol

Just shows you - beware of that delete button.

I like it too.

Normally I would have deleted that straight away when I realised a mistake had been made. Obviously we should leave the deletion until you see it on a bigger screen view on the PC.

Well composed. Cheers, Bernz

That is gorgeous. I have gotten some of my best shots the same way! And if you were going for that, you probably would have spent a great deal of time, effort and frustration trying!
