Default Help!

Warm and dry.
IMG_4805

At least, my feet are warm and dry. For now. Last saturday noontime I experienced to be stuck in traffic with flood water rising and heavy rains unending. At sunrise of the following day, I was able to get home to see my mother, my house, my pets safe. My wife is with her parents but returned to our house to help me clean up. My countrymen are not as fortunate.

I hope you have heard or seen on CNN, AP, BBC what had happened to my country last saturday.

I can't bring my dslr to our flood stricken areas in the Philippines. There are more important things to do. Maybe tomorrow I can start taking shots.

I dont know if this is ok at DPS, but I appeal to my family here for help through internanional agencies like the Red Cross.

I am not going to post any link for donations, for there are unscrupulously evil minded people who take advantage of poor people in their most miserable situation.

At least, pray for us.

Hello Rick, I'm afraid any tragedy these days is quickly and thoroughly reported and I aware over 100 people have lost their lives in these awful events.
My thoughts are with you and your family and those residents and others working so hard there.
I'll bet theres no time for you to put your feet up, take care mate

Rick, we have just recently had much flooding in the Atlanta, GA area and many people have lost their homes, so we have been reminded in a small way of what you and your country are going through. I am very glad to hear that all of your family is safe. My prayers will be with you.

Wow Rick, I'm truly sorry for the loss of life in your country. I'm glad that you and your lovely family are safe. I'll offer up my prayer for you and your countrymen my friend.
