Default Dry Brush

I was playing around with the dry brush effect in PSE today. Here's what I did:

Whoooaa! that is gorgeous and looks almost 3D. Stunning colours too. What a lovely effect. You did a great job Shelley.

You did great! Awesome color!I am still learning PSE trying all the effects and whatnot.. I think I will try the dry brush next

Well, I'm just learning PSE so mostly I've been hitting all the "auto" buttons...colour, contrast, etc. For this I did that as well, but then clicked on the "dry brush" tool that is on the right hand side of the screen. Then I just moved the sliders until I got a look that I liked, hit apply, and voila! Right now all my editing has been very basic and a lot of playing around (like this shot).
