Default Had a whale of a time with Angela & Steve .........................

........ walking around the city we came across this whale tail in Oriental Bay, Wellington.

Whale tail

Angela really focused here at the Botanic Gardens

Botanic Gardens

and yesterday is was to wet to venture outside so took a couple from our apartment looking up Bolton Street, Wellington. It was bucketing down.

Taken with VR 18-200mm

Bolton Street, Wellington

and then zooming in to the top of the street when changing lense to VR 70-200mm with 1.4 teleconverter - so 280mm - good reflection here as well as the rain

Bolton Street, Wellington

A wonderful photoshoot Bernz+Angela+Steve, and well done for capturing some excellent pictures. I like the whales tail, and the shot of Angela getting down and dirty in the Botanic Gardens. I also like the two taken in the rain, so many unlikely opportiunites when the rain falls and as the reflections in the final shot will testify.
