Default Dogs running and a random technicolor chair

Here is my dog Makita, she's an old girl she doesn't play or run around. I did manage to get away from her in the dog park and called her to come over. I took this image of her prancing toward me, that's about all the activity I can get out of her.
Makita Running

This dog is running for his life. The tiny dog was really starting it with the other dogs in the park. It was pretty funny watching this tiny dog chase all the larger dogs around the park. He was sure holding his own.
Swift Run Dog Park

Here is an image of a chair I made while shooting in a studio a few weeks ago. We were just messing around but I like all the excessive color and shadows under the chair in this picture.
Studio Lights

Here you can see kind of how it was lit. There are other lights way up on the celling at camera left and right you can't see in the image that are a different color.

Makita is such a beautiful dog. I can't wait for them to make a dog park, I would go just to photograph them.

I go every weekend, not once has someone not come up to me asking what I'm doing. LOL

She also got a bath this weekend so shes really fluffy and soft now. I can't wait to get home and pet her till she falls asleep.

Beautiful dog pics - love the story behind the little holy terror!

That chair pic is crazy cool, love the colors. Cool setup, thanks for showing how it was done!

The image that was capture on my camera before this one shows the little dog biting that big dogs tail. The other dog has this look on his face of terror. I haven't had a chance to work on this image. I think big dog was not in focus so I decided not to work on it yesterday. From a distance you can make out the horror on the big dogs face. I always get silly dog expressions when I go there.

You never know what you will end up getting but I'm sure something out of the bunch will surprise you.

Great shots of the dogs! I love the use of thirds in both of them. Not sure I'd want to see those teeth from the second one in my rear view mirror, though!!

Makita doesn't look an old girl, shes adorable. The second one is priceless - it's the same at my local dog park, always the smaller dogs who terrorise the big ones!
Love the chair shot, really creative

Everyone is surprised when I tell them how old she is. I've only had it just over a year now. I wonder what she was like as a puppy. I bet a lot of fun, maybe she played too much and is still recovering.
