Can understand - must be frustrating - like that last shot though. Cheers, Bernz

The last one's a great shot, Michele! ....almost like there's another sun behind you lighting the foreground. Gorgeous!

Hi Michele - I'm glad you still have your sense of humor ... I can just hear the vacuum cleaner starting up in every house ... great last photo and it looks a lot better viewed large

I have been busy Hayward, only everything still feels dusty. I think what is worse than the dust is that it is so very dry. Bring on those spring storms.

Yes, it feels like a pretty endless cleaning job at the moment, doesn't it. And you can still smell and 'feel' it in the air.

That last photo is beautiful.

Last year there was a very bad fire in the mountains on the other side of Santa Barbara where my daughter lives. Several months later, when the winds came, it blew a thick covering of ash all over the city and it lasted for weeks. You have something similar but yours has grit along with the covering. Yikes! That was awful but the dust sounds positively invasive! Thanks for sharing, as I have been wondering what you were dealing with. Way to make lemonade! Beautiful sunset. May rains comes soon.

Glad you are making the most of this. That dust storm must have been very unsettling. Love the last shot you got out of it though.

I know what you mean Michelle.
Had to mop two stories of wooden floors three times to get the dust up.
