Default Pocono Raceway Car Show

My wife's uncle owns a 1937 Plymouth Street Rod he likes to show at events. We tagged along for the ride (he drove the car to the event). It was an hour and a half drive into the Pocono Mountains to the Raceway. I'm glad we made it there and back without breaking down! We had a blast. There's nothing like driving in an old classic car.

Very nice. I especially like the perspective and clouds in your first photo.

Thanks Chip! I placed the camera on the pavement and tilted it up. The S5 camera has a flip-out view screen I tilted out so I was able to compose the shot from a squatted position instead of laying flat on my belly on the pavement. I'm really going to miss a flip-out screen when I eventually upgrade to a dslr.

The Nikon D5000 is a dSLR with a flip screen. Come over to the Dark Side!
