The first and third are my favourites. The wonderful depth of colour in the first one against the silhouette is great, and the colour and composition in the third makes this the standout shot of the three for me.

I like the colour, the composition and the clarity of all three pictures. My favourite is the final one, of which I know a very little of the provenance. I love its three colours and the handful of tones, its so simple and so effective and I think its excellent Falvio

Well Flavio, I think these are the best - the colour, composition, no converging verticals - you have done well. I think no. 1 is the best but a close 2nd to no. 3. Well done - keep them coming. Cheers, Bernz

They are all so very well done, so simplistic yet stunning.

That first shot got me into a little fight. I was walking with my wife and she was telling me something...when I saw the photo-oportunity. I stopped, pulled my camera, took a couple of shots, and when I came back to reality, I was standing alone. When I found her, later, she gave me a piece of her mind.

I'm glad you liked it

Thanks!

I know what you mean. My wife is learning that I might stop at any time when I have the camera with me. My reasoning is; she can talk to me anytime, but I might only get one chance for the shot; she seems to take it in her stride now.

Oh, what our partners must suffer for the photo op! Regarding your first photo: Just give a sunset a few interesting silhouettes and you're in business! Your second photo is very calming and I really like the gradients of gray--it's like a color BW. My favorite, however, is the third. It is a photo of a reader and readers read anywhere. And, darn, they, too, must occasionally come back to reality. Sigh. I love the lifted foot.
