Thank you for those kind words, equilution. Very much appreciated.

It was shot in 'RAW' with white balance setting at 'Auto'. In post, I chose to set it around the 'Cloudy' preset. Converted to Jpg. Using Gimp, I did a slight crop on the left side, a slight saturation bump, a little contrast adjustment, and an unsharp mask. As for the exact settings of these, I usually don't pay attention, just kind of do what looks better. To me anyway...

I love the first one. The light and shadows are great and brick walls and the door give it such a country feel. Beautiful work. Thanks for sharing.
